AGROLA AG
MORE THAN JUST DIESEL AND PETROL: NEW AGROLA STRATEGY «ENERGY & MOBILITY»
Many people associate Agrola with petrol pumps and petrol station shops. However, the company also wants to play a leading role in creating a sustainable energy future and is focussing on mobility, photovoltaics and heat. In order to change public perception, Agrola has been intensifying its communication activities both internally and externally since 2023.

PRIVATE CLINIC HOHENEGG
BACK ON THE HOSPITAL LIST SINCE 2023 AND A MOVEMENT STUDY IN PROGRESS
The Hohenegg Private Clinic in Meilen treats people suffering from burnout, depression or anxiety disorders. The private clinic has been on the Zurich hospital list again since 2023 and is therefore authorised to treat patients with general health insurance. In addition to opening the ‘Attika’ ward for people with basic insurance, the private psychiatric clinic is also particularly innovative in the area of studies and new therapies for people suffering from depression.

STRATEGY WORKSHOP: SCHIERS HOSPITAL, OLD PEOPLE'S/NURSING HOMES AND SPITEX
n 2024, the management of the Flury Foundation decided to rethink and realign its organisational and management structure. During the two-day strategy workshop, answers to the following questions were developed: ‘How should Schiers Hospital, the retirement/nursing homes and Spitex be organised so that they are equipped for the challenges of the coming years? Which tasks, competencies and responsibilities lie with whom and in which organisational unit?

CLINIC HIRSLANDEN AG
COMMUNICATION OF A CHANGE IN STRATEGY
During the changeover to public hospital financing in 2012, Hirslanden CliniC AG adapted its strategy. In the phase of realignment, the coordination between internal and external communication and the inclusion of all stakeholders was enormously important.

FIT READY FOR THE CRISIS - THANKS TO TOOLS AND EXERCISES
The Psychiatric Services of the Canton Graubünden (PDGR) - Crisis Management 2016. Their crisis organization and the management tools were then tested and further developed in trainings and exercises.

FLURY FOUNDATION
NEW CONSTRUCTION AND OPENING OF THE SCHIERS HOSPITAL AS A NEW OPPORTUNITY
With the opening of the Schiers Hospital in Prättigau in 2014, the Flury Foundation took advantage of the opportunity to present the specialist medical offer of the hospital to future patients and general practitioners (assigners). It was important that the Schiers Hospital was perceived as an attractive and agile employer in the public eye

BIOENGINEERING AG
SECURING PRODUCTION AND ENGINEERING IN SWITZERLAND
Bioengineering AG, an apprentice of bioreactors for the pharmaceutical industry, produces in Wald and Rüti (ZH). In order to secure and expand the sites in Switzerland, the production processes were changed. In 2016, this process of change is the focus of management communication.

VON HOFF AG
COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR THE «IZONE» LAUNCH
VON HOFF AG decided to launch the new iZone spectacle lenses / iZone measuring instruments from Swiss opticians in 2008. VON HOFF conducted surveys with their most important customers.

CEO VERY CONVINCING IN FRONT OF INVESTORS, CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES
The CEO of American Express Travel trained his most important appearances before investors, customers or employees in advance. "Nasty Questions" played a central role. The following further trainings were carried out for the management team and staff:

FEDERAL OFFICE FOR CIVIL AVIATION BAZL
MEDIA TRAINING FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
The management and the communications officers of the Federal Office for Civil Aviation (FOCA) were preparing for potentially delicate scenarios in recurring training in media appearances. Active media coverage, statements for radio, TV or print media, credible presentations in difficult interviews, and organizing media conferences were the focus of these media training courses.

SWISS CONFEDERATION
FUTURE DIPLOMATS TRAIN FOR THEIR PUBLIC APPEARANCES
Appointed diplomats sharpen their communication competencies in the form of argumentation and networks. In 2015, addition to these trainings at the FDFA and within the scope of a public invitation to tender a proposal, Eigenmann Corporate Communication, purposed to the Federal Personnel Office (EPA), a multi-year mandate for communication training in the Federal Administration.

SWISS IMPORT PROGRAMM (SIPPO)
FROM A SCRIPT TO A CUSTOMIZED VIDEO
For multilingual sales training (English & Spanish) in the SIPPO program we produced our own videos. Consciously, Do's and Don'ts were presented in short sequences along the sales process. These were used as visual material in the tradeshow trainings.
