INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
COMMUNICATE COMPREHENSIVELY AND CONVINCINGLY
SO THAT YOUR PROJECTS CAN BE UNDERSTOOD AND
IMPLEMENTED.
Whether it is value communication, changing processes, or just moving into new office spaces, internal communication plays an increasingly important role. If you have your employees on board, you can tackle even delicate change processes. Early information alone is not enough. Only well thought-thorough and planned involvement of your employees in the overall project guarantees success.
VALUE COMMUNICATION
VALUES WITH COMPANY EXAMPLES
Corporate values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. They should be understood and lived. Together with our clients, we look for company-oriented stories that illustrate their values. For example, the following workshops were held at Bioengineering AG, a plant for Bioreactors for the pharmaceutical industry:
- Introduction of new processes to the production sites Wald und Rüti ZH
- Management and Value-Workshops on “Inspiring Excellence”
- Train-the-Trainer: Management values are carried over to their own workshops
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
INTERNALLY COMMUNICATE STRATEGIC RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPANY
If the corporate strategy is reoriented, internal communication with executives and employees is central. Internal and external communications go hand in hand. For example, below is the communication strategy for Hirslanden Klinik AG in the conversion of the hospital financing.
- Internal communication for the reception of basic insured patients
- Training of approximately 20 teams over a period of 4 months, and feedback for further leadership
CHANGE PROCESS
COMMUNICATION OF THE MOVEMENT TO A NEW OFFICE SPACE
The changeover from single offices to an open office concept, and also new workspaces during a conversion are a major change for employees. In such delicate transitions, communication with employees is crucial. In 2014, Switzerland Global Enterprise, the export promoter for Switzerland, moved into its converted office space.
- Communication before and during reconstruction: monitoring of surveys and informing employees; involvement of executives.
- Employee construction site visit with the architect
