In addition to negotiating, the establishment of a network, which supports you in the implementation of your goals, is often “game changing. Stakeholder analysis is an effective working tool for network management.

Negotiating and conducting meetings are already a part of the everyday life of managers. In our negotiation and session training courses, you will learn how to use reasoning, questioning and moderation techniques.
